The Site is operated by Arkeonic ("Arkeonic," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our products, specifications, and prices as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, load ratings, colors, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated at checkout, and are subject to change without notice.
• Products are subject to availability, and we may limit the quantities of any products we offer.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product.

3Orders & Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud-avoidance systems. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

4Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and you authorize us to charge your order total, including taxes and shipping, to that payment method. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and your use of their services is subject to their terms.

5Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 6Returns & Refunds

7Product Use & Safety

Our tie-down straps, ratchet straps, and related cargo-control products are intended for cargo securement only. You are solely responsible for using our products safely, lawfully, and within their stated ratings. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will never exceed the stated Working Load Limit (WLL) of any strap.
• The Break Strength figure is a laboratory test value, not a usage rating, and must never be used to size a load.
• Our products are not designed or rated for lifting, overhead hoisting, towing, vehicle recovery, or supporting or restraining people or animals.
• You will inspect all webbing and hardware before every use and remove from service any strap with cuts, fraying, chemical damage, or a ratchet that does not lock.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable cargo-securement laws and regulations, including any provincial, federal, or commercial requirements that apply to your use.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any express written warranty provided with a specific product, the Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkeonic and its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. In all cases, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arkeonic and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of any product.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and design, is the property of Arkeonic or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

12Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe our or any third party's rights; (c) transmit any malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Site's operation; (d) submit false or misleading information; or (e) collect or track the personal information of others. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violating any of these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Arkeonic. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and you access them at your own risk.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

15Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, sitting in the judicial district of Longueuil.
